Working principle of roller dry granulator: all kinds of dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment, and enter into the opposite roller through degassing and spiral preloading. Under the great extrusion pressure of the opposite roller, the material will produce plastic deformation and be compressed into flakes. The flake material is then crushed, pelleted and screened to get the granular product. The size of extrusion pressure can be adjusted by the pressure of hydraulic cylinder according to the needs of granulation operation.
Principle of drum granulator: steam, gas ammonia or phosphoric acid, nitric acid, or nitrogen solution, phosphorus ammonia slurry, and heavy calcium slurry are introduced into the granulator to complete the chemical reaction of compound fertilizer granulation process in a tubular reactor; or cold granulation process of compound fertilizer to supplement a small amount of water. The materials to be granulated are rotated in the cylinder through the rotating motion of the cylinder, and the materials are agglomerated into balls under a certain humidity and temperature. The smaller particles in the motion gradually form particles of a certain specification to complete the granulation process.
